4 Account Registration

Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on gq99 at any given time. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, device identifiers, or payment methods — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

4.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

When registering your gq99 account, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, valid email address, and contact number. You must update this information promptly if it changes. gq99 is not liable for any loss or delay in processing caused by inaccurate account information.

4.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

gq99 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit identity documents — including but not limited to a National ID Card (NID), passport, or driver's licence — before a withdrawal is processed or when your account activity triggers a verification review. Accepted documents must be government-issued, valid, and clearly legible. KYC verification is typically completed within 2 business days of document submission.

4.4 Account Currency

All gq99 accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). All deposits, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are recorded and processed in BDT. gq99 does not currently support multi-currency accounts.

5 Deposits & Payments

5.3 Failed or Pending Deposits

6 Withdrawals

6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

To request a withdrawal, your gq99 account must be fully verified (KYC complete), your account must be in good standing, and you must have met any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds. Withdrawals are not permitted on accounts that are under investigation, suspended, or subject to a pending dispute.

Any Player found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have their account suspended, all bonus funds and derived winnings forfeited, and may be permanently banned from the gq99 platform.

8 Betting & Gaming Rules

8.1 Sportsbook

10 Account Security

By registering an account on gq99, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

15 Amendments to These Terms

• The Player has engaged in fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal activity;
• The Player's account has been involved in money laundering or the funding of illegal activities;
• Continued operation of the account poses a regulatory, legal, or reputational risk to gq99;
• The Player is under 21 years of age;
• The Player has provided false information during registration or KYC verification.

Where an account is terminated for breach of these Terms, any remaining balance (including bonus funds and derived winnings) may be forfeited at gq99's discretion. Where an account is closed for non-breach reasons (e.g., self-exclusion request or voluntary closure), any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

16.2 Voluntary Account Closure
